Patrik is recently joining from four years in sales at Cramo, where he developed a deep understanding of the customer's needs and an ability to build lasting relationships.   Prior to his sales career, Patrik devoted himself to hockey for over three decades, played at the elite level for 16 seasons and coached for 12 seasons with prominent teams such as HV71, Mora, Örebro and Rögle. He has also been sports director in Troja Ljungby and provided insightful analyzes as a hockey expert during his years at SVT.   With an extensive background in sales, Patrik brings a unique blend of skills and experience to his new role. In the past there has been no legal requirement or consumer protection and until now "anyone" has been allowed to mediate in Spain. Last year, a legal requirement was implemented that real estate agents must be trained and registered from 15 Oct 2023. The movement started in Catalonia and as the second area on the list, the Costa Blanca is undergoing this change.   -We at Bosatt Costa Blanca naturally think that this is an important development in the right direction and even if the only requirement is that an administrator in each office needs to register the license, we believe that it is important that all our agents are trained and registered agents according to law , says Janette Cohen CEO Resident Costa Blanca. Agency commission in the event that the sale is not formalised
 
Once a deposit contract has been signed (for an amount equal to or greater than 10% of the total sale price), in the event that the purchaser does not formalise the sale on time for reasons attributable to him, thereby forfeiting the amount paid in this respect, the Seller will be the beneficiary of this amount.
 
The Agency shall be entitled to invoice and retain 50% of the deposit delivered, as commission for the work carried out until then.
